Zeitgeist « Les Astres » Kouros restitue la sédimentation d’une psychologie représentative de l’époque à travers la fragile fulgurance d’une image-artefact à la fois dense et évanescente.
L'œuvre a été travaillée dans l'épaisseur. L'empâtement consiste à utiliser une peinture non diluée avec beaucoup d'épaisseur permettant de donner du relief à la toile pour garder l'empreinte de la brosse ou du couteau qui les a appliquées.

Thématique du tatouage.
Ici, le corps sort des ténèbres et entre dans la lumière.
Lumière qui devient le symbole de la purification (catharsis), pluie de miséricorde.
Les tatouages (messages et symboles) dévoilent des combats intérieurs d'une manière quasi romanesque, incitant le spectateur à s'interroger sur les valeurs spirituelles liées aux embrasements d'une époque.
